'Bottoms Up' is a two in one base and topcoat. One less bottle to carry around in your handbag, with this handy two in one formula!

This works well as a topcoat over "Holo there Beautiful!" with minimal loss of holo shine. It is also useful in the "sticky base coat method" of stamping.

*This product can also be used to make stamping decals. It has a thin consistence that doesn't pool when painted over your stamping design. It stays thin and flexible.
