'Flounder' is a clear (warm) to bright blue (cold) thermal nail polish with gold-green-blue shifting aurora shimmers. The warm state may have VNL and it turns into a golden opalescent from the shimmer. 2-3 coats recommended. May dry matte due to the thermal pigment.
