Returns and Exchanges

Returns
We accept returns for store credit only, at our sole discretion, within 3 calendar days of delivery (unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period noted in that item's particular item description).

*Due to the nature of the items, polish cannot be returned.

After 3 calendar days, we cannot accept any return. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 3 calendar days of the delivery date (after 3 days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately at support@beautometry.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us or missing items will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 3 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 3 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@beautometry.com.

Last Chance and Grab Bag items (if applicable)
Unfortunately last chance items and grab bag items cannot be refunded.
