Femme Fatale- Summer 2023- Fey Dust

'Fey Dust' has a soft violet jelly base with strong red shimmer that looks gold at an angle to the light. The base color is not opaque so as not to dampen the shimmer. It can be layered alone (but you may have mild VNL) or you can put it over a blueing base coat or matching base color.

• 3-4 coats recommended with shimmer-suitable topcoat
