'Banksy' is a sheer grey jelly nail polish. It is perfect for leadlighting, watermarbling, gradients and pond manicures!
Named after the street artist Banksy.
Jelly polishes can be used for stamping but they product a very pale watercolor-type look that will only show up over white or a very pale base color. In the swatch photos, 'Banksy' was used to stamp the bricks and Stuck on You was used to stamp the outline.
