'Phase 2' is a neon green jelly nail polish. It is perfect for leadlighting, watermarbling, gradients and pond manicures!
Named after the artist 'Phase 2' who is credited with creating bubble letters or "softies".
Jelly polishes can be used for stamping but they product a very pale watercolor-type look that will only show up over white or a very pale base color. In the swatch photos, 'Phase 2' was used to stamp the bold swirl pattern and a darker green was used to stamp the outline.
