What are OOPS! polishes? Phoenix nail polish is hand-made artisan nail lacquer. This means that sometimes a recipe may be mixed up, not enough pigment or too much added, or the maker is experimenting to create new shades. These shades did not make it in to a regularly released collection- but it doesn't mean they aren't beautiful in their own right!
