Moyra SP Aqua Top Coat

Due to its special composition, the thin stamped designs won’t dissolve in the water-based SP Aqua Top Coat, nor will they stretch. Its use is highly recommended after covering the designs with pigment powder and effect powders. Its durability and glossiness can be further enhanced with a traditional top coat.
