'Phantasm' is a sheer polish with a midnight-black base. It is filled with a multi-chrome violet fine shimmer shifting towards a subtle brown-green. The overall effect is a twilight-inspired look.

May be worn alone over natural nails by applying a few coats. Alternatively, layer over opaque or holographic polish for a unique look.
