Pre-Order Policy

This applies to all pre-orders. Please note:

The delivery date is an estimated shipping date. As we do not currently have these items in-stock, it is possible that unanticipated manufacturing delays could delay delivery for pre-ordered items.
Preordered items are sold on a first come first sold basis.
We will charge your account when the order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued. Order cannot be canceled, revised or refunded once your payment is received, except in the case that your desired item is out of stock and more cannot be provided by the manufacturer.
If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped when the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
