'Blek Le Rat' is a neon blue jelly nail polish. It is perfect for leadlighting, watermarbling, gradients and pond manicures!
Named after the French graffiti artist 'Blek Le Rat' who is described as the "Father of Stencil Graffiti".
Jelly polishes can be used for stamping but they product a very pale watercolor-type look that will only show up over white or a very pale base color. In the swatch photos, 'Blek Le Rat' was used to stamp the bold swirl pattern and Smurf Blood was used to stamp the outline.
