Preorder Information:

• The delivery date is an estimated shipping date. As we do not currently have these items in-stock, it is possible that unanticipated manufacturing delays could delay delivery for pre-ordered items.
  

• We may also have customs delays in the origin country or once the preorder shipment has entered the US. Please understand this may further delay your preorder.

• Preordered items are sold on a first come first sold basis.

• Unfortunately, we sometimes received broken bottles or missing bottles in shipments. This can cause a delay in your preorder as we wait for the next shipment to receive an item.
  

• If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped when the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

• Once a shipment has arrived, please note the processing time on our website. We are currently operating at a 10-15 business day processing time. That means it can take that additional amount of time for your preorder to ship.

Current Pre-order:

*Note: Unfortunately, we didn't receive all of the Zodiac polishes and have had to go back and forth trying to get them. Because they have not arrived, we've contacted customers whose orders have been affected. All current Zodiac inventory on the site showing as in stock is ready to ship and there will be no restocks.*

*Note: We had some bottle breakage in one of our shipments. Orders containing any of those polishes, or polishes missing from a shipment to us, have been delayed until we receive our next shipment.*
